FUNDING

KBB’s funding comes from the optional dollar donation that is billed on the city’s monthly water bill.  Additional funding includes grants, memorials, and individual and business donations.  In-kind services from various organizations and businesses also contribute to KBB’s funding.

KBB also receives funding form the City of Brownwood on an annual basis contingent upon approval from the City Council.
